Our unit has been tastefully refurbished upstairs and down. The entire main floor has been upgraded from the AC, tank less water heater to kitchen appliances. The home offers many changes in the floor plan, granite countertops, and upgrades in lighting, fans etc. Boardwalk Caper features about a mile of boardwalk, hence the name. It is a double boardwalk...the upper for long morning walks and the lower with slips for docking your boats and fishing if you are so inclined.
