Marina Bay is a gated community with new homes built by GL Homes.  Located next door to Botanica Lakes, also a GL Homes community, the developer has all new and fully decorated models. The Ellis Team at RE/MAX can show you all the homes listed on MLS or from the developer.

The development is located on approximately 272 acres and will be home to about 800 villa and single family homes.

Recreation facilities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, social room, resort style pool with beach entry, and an indoor sports complex.  Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the 3 Har Tru tennis courts. There is also a tot lot and pickeball courts.

Currently lot premiums run from $2,000 to $50,000 depending on location and this is subject to change as sales occur.  Home prices start in the $200's.  There are various lot sizes depending on the type of home you are purchasing.

Twin Villa homes lot size standard is 38.5' x 118"

Baltic series homes standard lot size is 45' x 130'

Coastal series homes are 52' x 130 and Pacific Homes are 62' x 130'  The larger the footprint of the home the larger lot size required sue to setbacks.

Typically the developer requires a $5,000 reservation deposit to hold a lot and the balance of 10% down on the en-tire purchase when contract is executed.  GL Homes would like you to use their financing and many times will charge more if you don't use their lender.  They don't call it an up-charge.  They call it a financial incentive to use their lender.

This is an electric community and propane gas is not offered. Marina Bay is part of the Arborwood Community Development District (CDD) so there is a CDD fee.
