Email MeJen Kenely is a seasoned real estate professional with a unique blend of financial expertise and a passion for design. Originally from the suburbs outside of Boston, MA, Jen’s career spans two decades in the financial and real estate market.
Jen earned her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, Jen set out on her initial dream of living and working in New York City. There she worked in Credit Risk for ING and Barclays Capital. During her time in NYC, she furthered her education by obtaining an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Her extensive experience in the financial sector provided her with a strong foundation in analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
In 2015, Jen relocated back to Boston, where she spent eight years as a multifamily underwriter, working on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac deals. In this role, she helped secure financing for multifamily investors, honing her expertise in property valuation and investment strategy.
In 2020, Jen made the exciting decision to move to Southwest Florida after her parents decided to retire in Bonita Springs from Atlanta. Since then, she’s embraced the Sunshine State’s warm climate, leaving behind the cold northern winters for a new chapter in her life. With a long-standing passion for real estate and design, Jen is thrilled to help others find their ideal properties in this beautiful part of the country.
Outside of her professional life, Jen is a lover of architecture, home design, travel, broadway shows, and outdoor living. She is dedicated to helping clients not only find the perfect property but also envision the potential for their new homes. With her deep financial background and a keen eye for design, Jen offers a unique perspective that helps clients navigate the real estate market with confidence.
